Benefit Wizard is both a value proposition development tool as well as a sales tool.

 

Value Proposition Develop-ment Tool - Benefit Wizard is used to identify, describe, and quantify the benefits and costs of a solution. A software wizard guides the value proposition developer through a set of steps to capture the benefits of product or service based solution. The output can be as simple as a list of quantified benefits, a little more complex benefit cost analysis, or a complete business case analysis including cash flow and financial metrics such as net present value. The devleoper has complete control over the style, format, and content of the output.

 

Value Selling Tool - Once a value proposition model has been developed, Benefit Wizard can be used by a salesperson with minimal training to adapt the value proposition to a specific prospect. The Scenario Manager feature of Benefit Wizard permits multiple iterations of the value proposition as it develops over the sales cycle.
