Value Proposition Development Training - This training is for those who want to build an in-house practice of value proposition development in support of value selling and value pricing. The training is designed around solV™ the methodology used by Cistek consultants in their value proposition development consulting engagements. solV is a fundamental step in both the development of a value selling organization and implementation of value-based pricing.
Value Proposition Development Training is offered both as an independent training or as a part of Cistek's Integrated Value Approach program. For example, Value Proposition Development Training can be delivered in conjunction other elements of the Integrated Value Approach such as training on use of Benefit Wizard, Cistek's value proposition development tool.
This course is intended to be delivered at the client’s site. During the training the students will practice the methodology by working on a value proposition for one of their own company's solutions.
