Business Case Development

Cistek Consultants have prepared literally hundreds of business cases used to justify the investment in new technology or process improvement.  The Benefit Analysis and Total Cost Analysis are important components of the business case but the benefits and costs must be tailored to an individual scenario or customer situation.  In addition, it is important to measure the alignment of the solution to the customer’s strategy.  A financial summary is usually produced using financial measures preferred by the customer.
