Written and Oral Communications

Both good written and oral communication skills are needed to communicate the value proposition to the market and customers.  A good value proposition is leveraged by a consistent value story throughout all marketing and sales literature.  Press releases, brochures, data sheets, proposals, etc. should all reinforce the value that the solution brings to the client.  So, the value proposition is not just a sales tool, or a marketing or PR gimmick.  It must be communicated to the customer at all levels.
